Attendance Requirement: CEU's (Continuing Education Units) and/or certificates of completion will be awarded to participants completing at least 75% of each day of a program at a rate of .1 CEU per hour of training. If a program is composed of multiple workshops/days (for example: certificate programs), participants must attend 75% of each workshop/session. At the conclusion of the program, certificates will be awarded to all students fulfilling this requirement.

Cancellation policy: If we are notified at least 10 business days prior to the start of the program, there will be no charge for a cancelled registration. Registrants cancelling less than 10 business days in advance of a program are responsible for the entire fee. Substitutions may be made at the time. WPI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program. If a program is cancelled or rescheduled, all efforts will be made to notify registrants at least 10 business days in advance of the first day of the program.
